Student Transportation: No transportation provided.
ASI Concert Orchestra Students Report: 6:00pm
All other students report: 6:15pm
Doors Open: 6:15pm
Concert Starts: 6:30pm
Admission: Free
Important Reminders
Please observe proper audience etiquette: no talking, no video recording, no entering or exiting during the performance, phones off and put away, and noisy children taken to the lobby. This ensures performers and the audience enjoy the music without interruptions.
Students need to transport their own/school instruments to and from the concert. If you need assistance transporting your instrument, let us know asap.
String Basses: We work out bass transportation in class.

Students are required to stay for the entire concert.

6:00pm Concert Orchestra report time. Please store your instruments in the assigned area. Look for signs.
ASI Concert Orchestras: South Carpeted Hallway
6:15pm Concert Orchestra on stage. Report Time for all OTHER groups. Please store your instruments in the assigned area. Look for signs.
ASI Advanced Orchestra: North Carpeted Hallway
Buchanan Orchestras: Back Hallway (Normal location)
6:30pm Concert Begins. Concert Order and approximate performance time:
~ 6:30pm ASI Concert Orchestra
~ 6:50pm ASI Advanced Orchestra
~ 7:10pm BHS String Orchestra
~ 7:30pm BHS Chamber Orchestra
8:00pm Concert Ends (Approximately). Dismissed!
