Saturday Mornings, 8am-12pm

Alta Winter Percussion Rehearsal Schedule:

0 Period Percussion Class, 7:30am-8:15am, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Gym Rehearsals, 7:15am-8:00am Wednesday

WEB-BASED PROGRAMS ALL BAND MEMBERS WILL USE:

Google Classroom:
Your child will be assigned a Google Classroom class to join, which we’ll use for all class announcements, assignments, and other information.

MusicTheory.net
We will be using Musictheory.net as a method for delivering some of our music theory tests and instruction.

BAND App:
We use this app as a means of communicating with the high school parents and students, in place of ‘Remind’. We do not currently use this for Alta Sierra Students - just Buchanan. ‘Remind’ has limitations due to the face that we have classes and programs of over 150 students. BAND is our alternative, and is particularly useful when we start going on trips and competitions. This can be accessed via the web or the free app. We have set up a separate one for parents and students.
