Buchanan Educational Center Fall Jazz Concert

Paul Shaghoian Concert Hall (Clovis North)

All groups will be photographed during the concert by Kenny Gilman for the yearbook. Photos will be available for purchase through his website.
6:00pm Concert Hall opens for audience seating.
6:15pm Call time for all students. All students must stay for the entire concert. The concert should conclude around 8:00pm.
- ASI Jazz B: leave cases in the south hallway (look for signs) and take the stage.
- ASI Jazz A: leave music and instruments in cases in south hallway (look for signs) and take seat in row 2.
- BHS Jazz B: leave music and instruments in cases in north backstage hallway (look for signs) and take seat in row 3.
- BHS Jazz A: leave music and instruments in cases in north backstage hallway (look for signs) and take seat in row 4.
6:30pm Concert begins.

Buchanan Jazz Bands: dress shoes (black socks only), slacks/dress pants/skirts (length must be past the knee), long-sleeve button-up dress shirts/blouses, or nice dresses (length must be past the knee). Coats/ties are optional. Leggings, jeggings, or yoga pants are not acceptable for concert attire. All students must be in CUSD Dress Code.
Alta Sierra Jazz Band: ASI Instrumental Music polo shirt, black dress-style shoes, black dress-style slacks with belt, and black socks (no white socks, please). All students must be in CUSD Dress Code.

All students are responsible for all instruments, mutes, and music that they need to perform. For shared equipment, do not assume the student you share with is taking the equipment. Anything that you bring to the Concert Hall, you must bring back to BHS on Friday morning.

Do not forget to bring your instrument, sheet music, and all necessary accessories home after school.
