ASI Advanced Orchestra Students Report: 6:00pm
BHS students report: 6:15pm
Doors Open: 6:15pm
Concert Starts: 6:30pm
Admission: Free
Important Reminders
Please observe proper audience etiquette: no talking, no video recording, no entering or exiting during the performance, phones off and put away, and noisy children taken to the lobby. This ensures that performers and the audience enjoy the music without interruptions.
Students need to transport their own/school instruments to and from the concert. If you need assistance transporting your instrument, let us know asap.
String Basses: We will work out bass transportation in class.

Students are required to stay for the entire concert.

6:00pm ASI Advanced Orchestra report time. Please store your cases in the assigned area. Look for signs.
ASI Advanced Orchestra: South Carpeted Hallway
Get instruments out, stack cases, and report directly to the stage
6:15pm ASI Advanced Orchestra on stage. Report Time for all BHS Orchestras. Please store your instruments in the assigned area. Look for signs. Get your instrument out and be in front rows by 6:25pm.
BHS String Orchestra: North Carpeted Hallway
Buchanan Chamber Orchestra: Back Hallway (Normal location)
All basses: Back stage right.
6:30pm Concert Begins. Concert Order and approximate performance time:
~ 6:30pm ASI Advanced Orchestra
~ 6:50pm BHS String Orchestra
~ 7:10pm BHS Chamber Orchestra II
~ 7:30pm BHS Chamber Orchestra II
8:00pm Concert Ends (Approximately). Dismissed!
