Payments
PayPal invoices are sent to everyone, regardless of whether you choose to pay credit/debit, check, or cash, or if you have made a payment already.
Credit/Debit Card Payments:
You will be invoiced directly through PayPal after the trip form due date has passed.
The invoice will be emailed to the email address you provided.
You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment.
A quick note on PayPal invoices: The program pays about 3.6% in fees per PayPal transaction. We are more than happy to pay these fees for your convenience and ours, as it is so much more efficient to send invoices for trip fees and donations.
You can pay for any emailed PayPal invoice from our program with cash or a check payable to Buchanan Foundation. This will ensure that the entire contributed amount goes to support our students.
To Make Payments By Check or Cash
Make checks payable to “Buchanan Foundation”.
Put the student’s name/what it is for on the check memo line.
Please include a copy of the PayPal Invoice or write the PayPal invoice number on the envelope.
Put the check or cash in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the student’s name and what the check is for.
Change is not given for overpayment and will be considered a donation to the program.
Submit the payment to the Bandroom mailbox (on the wall by the office) by the due date.
Cash & Check payments will be recorded on the emailed PayPal invoice once they have been received and processed.
