7:30am Report to Buchanan High School/Pre-Trip Meeting/Load Buses - String Orchestra in Concert Attire
8:00am Depart for Cupertino
9:45am Restroom Stop @ Gonzaga Rd Los Banos (Petro Travel Center)
10:00am Continue to Cupertino
11:30am Lunch at Buca Di Beppo (Campbell, CA) (Provided)
1:00pm Depart for Homestead HS
1:30pm Arrive at Homestead High School. Take instruments to storage area. Change into concert attire.
2:10pm Watch Livermore Chamber Orchestra
At the Festival - String Orchestra
2:30pm Quick get instruments as soon as Livermore is finished.
2:35pm Warm Up
3:00pm Buchanan String Orchestra Performs
3:25pm Clinic
3:50pm Change (Quickly!) & put instruments away in the storage area.
