Student Transportation: BHS Jazz Band A dropped off at FCC, all other transportation by school bus
Spectators: All daytime performances are open to the public.
Parking: There is a fee for parking at FCC.

Performer Attire
Buchanan Jazz Band: dress shoes (black socks only), slacks/dress pants/skirts (length must be past the knee), long-sleeve button-up dress shirts/blouses, or nice dresses (length must be past the knee). Coats/ties are optional. Leggings, jeggings, or yoga pants are not acceptable for concert attire. All students must be in CUSD Dress Code.
Alta Sierra Jazz Band: ASI Instrumental Music polo shirt, black dress-style shoes, black dress-style slacks with belt, and black socks (no white socks, please). All students must be in CUSD Dress Code.

BHS Jazz A - Thursday, March 26
8:15am Call time at Fresno City College Music Building courtyard. Students should be dropped off if possible.
8:25am BHS Jazz A Warm-up (MS 135).
8:50am BHS Jazz A Performance (Theatre)
9:15am BHS Jazz A Clinic (MS 104)
9:45am Load Bus and depart for BHS
10:15am Return to BHS.
BHS Jazz B - Thursday, March 26
Bring a sack lunch or money to buy lunch at FCC. Attend 1st and 3rd period as usual.
12:35pm Report to BHS Band Room and load bus. Do not be late!
12:45pm Depart for Fresno City College
1:15pm Arrive at Fresno City College, store instruments and eat sack lunch or purchase lunch on campus.
2:15pm BHS Jazz B Warm-up (MS 135).
2:40pm BHS Jazz B Performance (Theatre)
3:05pm BHS Jazz B Clinic (MS 104)
3:30pm Store instruments and watch other bands in the theatre.
4:50pm Retreive instruments, load bus and depart for BHS
5:30pm Return to BHS.
ASI Jazz A - Friday, March 27
Go to zero period PE if applicable.
8:30am Report to P2 in concert attire with instruments and music. Warm-up and rehearse.
9:00am Load Bus.
9:15am Depart for Fresno City College.
9:45am Arrive at FCC. Store instruments and head to theatre.
10:05am Watch Clark Intermediate Jazz Band A.
10:35am ASI Jazz A Warm-up (MS 135).
11:00am ASI Jazz A Performance (Theatre).
11:25am ASI Jazz A Clinic (MS 104).
11:50am Load bus and depart
12:30pm Return to BHS, store instruments and go to lunch or lunch PE.
