Out of respect for fellow audience members and spectators and to protect the rights of the original composers and copyright owners who license their music to the Buchanan Instrumental Music Program and organizations that host events we participate in, the use of audio and video recording technology - including mobile devices and live streaming applications - during a rehearsal or performance setting is strictly prohibited.

1:20pm Meet at the BHS Band Room. We will gather our uniforms and make sure nothing is missing.

1:45pm depart for Clovis North HS
2:00pm Unload the trucks and set up equipment for rehearsal/warmup. Get dressed into uniforms after you set up.
3:00pm Start Sectionals
3:45pm Eat dinner with Buchanan HS! (ASI in the front of the line)
4:30pm Bathroom break, as a group.
5:00pm Full Ensemble
6:05pm Run Through
6:15pm Push over to the East Gym (bigger one)
6:27pm At East Gym Doors (The props need to move in one ensemble early).
6:36pm ASI Winter Percussion Performs in the East Gym
6:45pm Push gear back to the truck, set it back up for Buchanan.
7:00pm Debrief with Power at the truck, then change out of uniform. You are dismissed when your uniform is back in your bag on the truck and your gear is put away and set up for Buchanan.
7:15pm Dismissed when uniforms are back in their bags and gear is set up for Buchanan.

At this time, the event is over for ASI, and we will release guardianship, as the staff needs to go and work with Buchanan HS percussion. However, we recommend leaving your student at the competition, so that they can watch the high schools perform, although it is not required. The students get into the competition for free, as they are participants. The conclusion of the event in its entirety around 9:40pm. We recommend using the Buchanan Band Semi Truck as your meeting point for you and your child.
