Tickets
Ticketing at NCPA events is cashless. Tickets must be purchased through TicketTailor.
Upon arrival, proceed to Ticketing to have your ticket scanned and to receive a wristband.
Spectators should allow for extra time. Once the performing group’s show starts, no one is allowed to enter the seating area. No exceptions.
Children five and under are free with one adult ticket.
All ticket sales are non-refundable.
Specator Reminders:
Upon arrival, all ticket holders will proceed to ticketing to have their ticket scanned and receive a wristband.
Seating is not guaranteed and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is the spectator’s responsibility to ensure they are seated at least 15 minutes before a scheduled performance.
No food or drink will be permitted inside the gym.
Only service animals with official vests will be allowed inside the gym.
Photography & Recording Guidelines for Parent Spectators
Video or audio recording of performances is prohibited without official NCPA credentials (copyright compliance and ensemble requests).
Cameras with detachable/interchangeable lenses or external flash are not allowed.
Camera lenses must be 3 inches or shorter.
Tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are prohibited.
Event staff may inspect cameras and prohibit equipment that violates policy.
Only individuals with an NCPA Photo Pass may bring restricted photography equipment — and only to photograph their own group.
Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
Selling or publicly displaying photos from NCPA events is not allowed.

Make sure you eat a good breakfast that morning.
We will load the truck on Friday during class.
Packing List:
Uniform and equipment (wear your compression gear under your street clothes.)

Sack lunch and snacks for the bus ride
If rain is in the forecast:
Bring an extra set of dry clothes for the bus ride home.
Pack 3 pairs of extra socks, and one pair of shoes (you’ll want your feet to be dry for the ride home)
Pack AT LEAST one full-sized beach towel. I recommend labeling it with your initials on the tag in Sharpie.

11:00am Arrive at BHS with everything you need for the show, wearing your compression gear under your clothes.
11:30am Depart BHS for American Canyon CA. Pack a sack lunch for the ride.
1:45pm Restroom Stop (Flying J/Jack Tone Rd. Ripon)
2:00pm Depart for American Canyon HS
3:30pm Arrive at American Canyon HS. Unload/Setup for Warm Up
4:30pm Dinner (Provided)
5:00pm Change into uniform.
5:30pm Warmup Begins - don’t be late!
6:15pm Head inside the gym. Sit together.
6:30pm Watch two winter percussion groups. Pay attention to the gym flow and acoustics in the room.6:33pm American Canyon HS

6:53pm Head back out to warm up
7:00pm Full Ensemble
7:30pm Final run through (parent pit crew meets at this time)
8:04pm BHS Performs at NCPA!
8:15pm Push the gear to the truck, fold the floor, and load!
9:00pm Awards (Captains only). Everyone else finishes loading the truck.
9:00pm Critique begins (staff/directors only)
9:30pm Depart for Clovis. Snack bags handed out (provided).
11:00pm Restroom Stop (Flying J/Jack Tone Rd. Ripon)
11:15pm Depart for Clovis
1:15am Arrive at BHS/Dismissed -
10:30am Arrive at BHS with everything you need for the show, wearing your compression gear under your clothes. Take the Alta gear and guard floors off the trucks from the night before.
11:00am Depart BHS for American Canyon CA. Sack lunch is provided when you get on the bus.
1:15pm Restroom Stop (Flying J/Jack Tone Rd. Ripon)
1:30pm Depart for American Canyon High School
3:00pm Arrive at American Canyon HS and set up Pop Up Tents around the semi truck. Make sure the loading doors are fully tented, and wrap the tents around the truck to create lanes that we can store the gear under and keep dry.
3:25pm Head inside to watch a few groups. Pay attention to the gym flow and acoustics in the room.

3:50pm Unload while keeping everything in the dry zones. Drums stay on the truck, and pit gear under the pop up tents
4:45pm Eat dinner (provided)
5:25pm Change into Uniform
5:45pm Drumline warms up in the Truck. Pit does the best they can to warm up
6:15pm Push to Indoor Warmup Zone A Cafeteria, bring towels and tarps
6:25pm Indoor warmup begins in cafeteria. We only have 20 minutes. That’s 10 minutes to set up and dry everything off, and then 10 minutes for one run through. (Bring towels)
6:47pm Transit to Gym (bring towels). Only bring the tarps for the speakers, synth carts, and mixer cart to the gym.
6:57pm Ready at Gym (bring towels and dry the gear off while under the awning)
7:07pm BHS Performs at NCPA! (Parents please put the towels in the trash bags for the performance and bring them to the pit by the trucks immediately following the performance)
7:15pm Pit Pushes gear to the tents at the truck and starts to dry it off before loading it up. Drumline puts their drums right outside the gym under the Pop Up Tents, then goes back inside for the floor. Fold the floor, burrito style, and then snake it onto the cart. Take the floor to the cafeteria and then go back for your drums. Go load your drums on the truck, and then head back to the cafeteria to get the floor.
7:40pm Everyone goes inside to watch Thesis (PIW). Make sure your gear is secure and in a dry spot before leaving it!
7:51pm Thesis performs!
8:00pm Leave the gym immediately after Thesis performs, to finish loading the trucks. Do not stay inside for awards (except captains). Trucks must be loaded by 9pm.
8:20pm Awards (Captains only) Everyone else is loading the truck.
8:30pm Critique begins (staff/directors only)
9:00pm Depart for Clovis. Put on some dry socks and shoes! Sack Dinner will be passed out as you get on the bus.
10:30pm Restroom Stop (Flying J/Jack Tone Rd. Ripon)
10:45pm Depart for Clovis
12:45am Arrive at BHS
