Buchanan Chamber Orchestra Performs: 10:30am
Spectator Parking: Cars and vehicles park in Lots L or O. Parking fee of $5 is required for all private vehicles.
Concessions/Food: Food trucks will be on-site at the Green Music Center between the hours of 10:00am-2:00 pm.
Important Reminders
Audio and/or Video Recording is strictly prohibited at any Buchanan Performance or Competition. Recording of any group or performance is against copyright laws and Buchanan risks penalty if anyone from our organization were to video record. Thank you for your cooperation. Please remind fellow spectators of this policy.
Weill Hall is a world-class concert facility. Professional conduct while inside the hall is expected from all students and audience members.
Instruments, cases, backpacks, food, or drinks are not allowed in the concert hall.

8:00am Bag Check at Room 451
8:30am School Starts. Go to 1st Period.
10:29am 1st Period Ends/Get luggage/Load bus.
11:00am Depart for San Francisco
1:15pm Restroom Stop/Ripon Flying J
1:30pm Depart for Pier 39
3:15pm Pier 39/Dinner on your own ($)
5:45pm Load Bus & Depart for Hotel
6:30pm Arrive at hotel/Check in
7:00pm Free Time/Swim Time
9:15pm Swim Ends/Last chance to get anything you need before room check.
9:30pm Room Check (Everyone must be in their room at this time. NO exceptions.)
11:00pm Lights Out

7:00am Earliest Time you can wake up
8:30am Wake Up Call/Breakfast (Free @ Hotel)/Change into Concert Attire. Pack completely. Pack a change of clothes in your backpack!
10:15am Room Check Out: In your room, bags packed, and room cleaned up. Hand your keys to the chaperone. After you are dimissed, load luggage on bus. Load bus when chaperone is available for attendance.
10:45am Depart for Sonoma State University
11:30am Arrive at Green Music Center at Sonoma State University. Only take what you need to perform. Backpacks are not allowed in Weill Hall.
11:45am Lunch at the food trucks or you may walk to lunch at “The Kitchens” campus dining facility. ($) (Map to The Kitchens)
12:45pm Go back into Weill Hall
1:00pm Watch Sonoma State Orchestra Performance
1:45pm Free time or (Optional) watch SSU Symphonic Wind Ensemble.
2:30pm Get instruments from the bus. Take them to the lobby. The buses will be open from 2:30pm-3:00pm.
3:00pm Watch Acalanes String Orchestra
3:25pm Get instruments. Ready for warm up.
3:30pm Warm Up
4:00pm Chamber Orchestra Performance (Weill Hall)
4:30pm Clinic
5:00pm Change & Load the bus.
5:30pm Depart for Clovis
6:00pm Dinner Stop (Rowland Blvd. - Novato, CA)
7:00pm Continue to Clovis, CA
8:45pm Restroom Stop - Flying J - Ripon, CA
