Doors are closed during performances. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the scheduled performance time to find a place to park, purchase a ticket, and find a seat. Times are subject to change up until 72 hours before the competition.

Spectator Parking: Parking lots can be accessed on Chestnut and International.
Concessions: Food trucks will be available outside the gyms.
Merchandise: T-shirts, sweatshirts, and patches for sale.
Performance Locations: Colorguards will be performing in the West/Small Gym.

• Transportation will not be provided after the event.Please make your own transportation arrangements. Students should be picked up at the box truck.

• For the safety of the student performers, flash photography is NOT allowed during performances.

• Video & Audio Recording is prohibited. Out of respect for fellow audience members and spectators and to protect the rights of the original composers and copyright owners who license their music to the Buchanan Instrumental Music Program and organizations that host events we participate in, the use of audio and video recording technology - including mobile devices and live streaming applications - during a rehearsal or performance setting is strictly prohibited.
