Spectator Parking: Spectators may park along the street on Alvarado-Niles Road or any street that does not require a permit. Spectators may also park in the New Haven Unified School District Parking Lot. Please note that some areas are parking by permit only.

• We aim to uphold high sportsmanlike behavior and etiquette throughout our program. Encouraging and cheering for ALL performing groups is expected from students and parents alike.

• For the safety of the student performers, flash photography is NOT allowed during performances.

• Video & Audio Recording is prohibited. Out of respect for fellow audience members and spectators and to protect the rights of the original composers and copyright owners who license their music to the Buchanan Instrumental Music Program and organizations that host events we participate in, the use of audio and video recording technology - including mobile devices and live streaming applications - during a rehearsal or performance setting is strictly prohibited.

Everyone
- Comfy clothes for the bus ride. Blankets & pillows are okay!
- Portable chargers. The bus may have outlets, but they don’t always work.
- Headphones
- Water & healthy snacks
- $$ for Souvenirs (Optional)

BHS
- Uniform undergarments. Wear underneath your comfy clothes so we don’t have to change in the small bathrooms.
- Hair & Makeup Supplies. Nothing should be sprayed on the bus!
- Nike shoes, jazz pants, & a black shirt to wear during warm up and around the show site. Jackets for the evening!
- Uniforms & Equipment will be loaded on the box truck or bus.

ASI
Casual clothes for walking around the show site. Must be in dress code & no pajamas! Expect it to be cold in the evening.
