Show Site: Veteran’s Memorial Stadium @ Buchanan High School
Gates Open: 5:45pm
Admission: Free!
Spectator Parking: Free and available near the stadium off of Nees Ave.

Event Itinerary
5:15pm Report to BHS Bandroom. Change into uniform.
5:30pm - Take all pit equipment and props to the stadium. Set up for recording session.
6:00pm - Recording Session - Open to Public
6:30pm - Record Session Ends/Reset for Full Run-Through
6:45pm - Marching Band Awards Presentation
7:30pm - Re-Warm & Final Run-Through of “All the Boys are Home”
8:00pm - Push back to the bandroom. Change out of uniform (take home to wash)
8:30pm - Dismissed
