Enrick Manansala currently serves as a Woodwind Staff Instructor for Buchanan High School and Alta Sierra Intermediate, located in Clovis, California. 

 A homegrown Buchanan alumnus, Enrick returned to Buchanan to coach the Buchanan Marching Band woodwinds as a Hornline Staff Member. He is also the Bassoon Performance Coach for the Alta Sierra and Buchanan Bands. 

As a student at Buchanan, Enrick was an accomplished piccolo player and the Flute Section Leader in his junior and senior years. He was recognized by his directors as one of the most inspirational woodwind players and was awarded the Patrick S. Gilmore Band Award in 2024. Enrick was also the principal bassoonist in the Wind Symphony and the Symphony Orchestra, and was a member of the FMCMEA and Lawrence R. Sutherland Honor Bands. He has also performed with the award-winning Bearstage, performing as a woodwind player in the Pit Orchestra.

During his time as both a student and a staff member, Enrick has traveled with the Buchanan Marching Band to several Bands of America (BOA) Regional Championships. For the past several years, the Marching Band has consistently been a BOA Regional Finalist in California and Utah. 

Most recently, Enrick was a member of the 2024 Fresno State Bulldog Marching Band (BMB). As a member of the BMB, Enrick marched with the 275-strong organization and represented Fresno in the 137th Rose Parade in Pasadena, California. 

Enrick is currently continuing his higher education at Clovis Community College and Fresno City College. Soon after, he plans to transfer to a four-year university to complete a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering.
