Paul Shaghoian Concert Hall (Clovis North)

3:45pm Call time for All-Star Band members only at the Paul Shaghoian Concert Hall. Store cases in the north hallway and take the stage.
4:00pm All-Star Band rehearsal.
5:00pm Dinner (provided) for All-Star Band only.
5:30pm Call time for all performers. Store cases in north hallway.
5:45pm Group photos of all performers in Concert Hall.
6:00pm Doors open. All performers should have horns in hands, seated in the designated front rows to allow for quick transitions. Those with doubles may leave them backstage if necessary.
6:30pm Concert begins.

Buchanan Jazz Bands: dress shoes (black socks only), slacks/dress pants/skirts (length must be past the knee), long-sleeve button-up dress shirts/blouses, or nice dresses (length must be past the knee). Coats/ties are optional. Leggings, jeggings, or yoga pants are not acceptable for concert attire. All students must be in CUSD Dress Code.
Alta Sierra Jazz Band: ASI Instrumental Music polo shirt, black dress-style shoes, black dress-style slacks with belt, and black socks (no white socks, please). All students must be in CUSD Dress Code.

All students are responsible for all instruments, mutes, and music that they need to perform. For shared equipment, do not assume the student you share with is taking the equipment. Anything that you bring to the Concert Hall, you must bring back to BHS on Monday morning.

Fredrickson provides: QR codes for program, Signs for Hallways and Seats, Scores, Folders, Kit (spring hook, screwdriver, tape, 9v batteries, reeds, 2 cables, rock stop)
PAC Provides: chairs, stands, mics, piano, drum set, congas, 1 guitar amp, bass amp, vibes.

Do not forget to bring your instrument, sheet music, and all necessary accessories home after school.
