2026 Cast List

Thank you for participating in marching band workshops!
Below you will find a link to your current status. 
P{ease read all of the information below.

What you will see: The list is by student ID in numerical order. No names or instruments/sections are shown.

  • Cast Member: Confirmed member of the competitive marching band. You must continue to demonstrate high-level performance skills and improvement to maintain your status as a cast member.

  • Conditional Member: Participation offered pending noted improvements and available space within the section. Conditional members may wish to consider moving to a section with greater enrollment needs. 

  • Placement Pending: Final placement decision is still under review. You will be contacted to discuss. 

  • Have questions about your placement? Please reach out!

Hornline: At the top of the link webpage, you will see the current section size, fall section size, and needs. Consider a switch to a section with a need!

What’s Next:

  • Early Summer Band Camp June 9th-12th. Exact times will be sent soon. 

  • Student Performer Contracts will be distributed soon. They will need to be completed before June Band Camp. 

  • Parent Band Information Form…coming soon via Google Forms. 

Summer Attendance

We understand summer plans can interfere with band. Communication is key!

  • Parents: Please communicate all anticipated absences in advance via our website: https://www.becmusic.org/attendance 

  • Students: Communicate absences to your section leader. 

  • Bottom line: If you are not at a rehearsal, we should know ahead of time. (Unless it is a true emergency, of course)
