Loan Agreement for Uniform and/or Other Items

Upon request, program-related items needed for participation in the Buchanan and Alta Sierra Instrumental Music Program may be loaned to students. These items help ensure every member of the ensemble has a consistent appearance and the appropriate equipment for rehearsals and performances.

All loaned items remain the property of the Buchanan Educational Center Instrumental Music Program. While many items have been previously used, they are issued in clean, good condition and are expected to be properly cared for and returned at the end of the school year or season.
