It was a rainy Friday night when we went to the University of Washington Symphony Orchestra Concert. Although we’ve watched several performances, this one in particular stood out to me the most. By the time we arrived at the concert hall, I wasn’t sure if I had the energy to fully appreciate another performance. But as the musicians took the stage, their dedication and passion truly showed through their performance. The way the concertmaster played, drew me closer into the music, I was amazed. The music was played professionally and emotionally, where the orchestra was in unison and in tune with one another. During the second part of the concert, I was shocked how powerful the music was as a whole group, along with the choir. The way the choir combined with instruments really captivated me. It was inspiring to watch the coordination between the orchestra and choir, making it an unforgettable experience.
