Why is the trip on a Sunday?
Sundays tend to be less crowded than many other days, giving our students a better overall experience. It also allows adult chaperones to miss less work, typically only needing to take Monday off after the trip.
Is the trip fee refundable if my student doesn’t attend?
No refunds are available after the cancellation deadline. If a student cannot attend after that date, we will make every effort to find another student to take their place. If a replacement is found, a refund will be issued at that time.
What happens if trip payments are not submitted by the due date?
The trip will be canceled. The program does not have the ability to cover travel experiences that are not fully funded.
We might be able to make an additional donation. Would that be helpful?
Extremely helpful. We strive to make travel experiences accessible to all students, and in cases of financial need, we rely on the generosity of additional donations to help make these opportunities possible.
What if the trip is canceled?
All money paid by the student or family will be refunded.
Is park-hopping allowed?
No. For supervision and safety reasons, all students will remain inside Disneyland Park for the duration of our itinerary.
