We’re excited to offer an optional Disneyland trip on Sunday, June 7, 2026! This special trip will serve as a kickoff to the 2026–2027 school year and is open to the following students:

  • Current Buchanan Band, Choir, Colorguard, and Orchestra students who are officially registered for their respective Buchanan Instrumental Music course for the 2026–2027 school year.

  • Current 8th Grade Alta Sierra Band, Choir, Colorguard, and Orchestra students who are officially registered for their respective Buchanan Instrumental Music course for the 2026–2027 school year.

  • Current Buchanan Band, Choir, Colorguard, and Orchestra graduating seniors.

The total field trip fee for the direct costs is $315.00. This fee covers transportation, Disneyland ticket, and $20 Disney Dining Card. Information about financial assistance is on the trip sign-up form.

Important deadlines:

Monday, March 2nd - Trip Sign-Up Closes. All Payment #1 invoices sent out. Permission slip sent out via ParentSquare.

Friday, March 6th - Payment #1 due.

Friday, March 27th - Permission Slips due.

Tuesday, April 7th - Payment #2 due. (Invoiced via PayPal in late March). Last day to cancel without penalty.

Monday, May 1st - Payment #3 due. (Invoiced via PayPal in late April.)

Friday, May 2nd - Balance due.

Week of Trip - Mandatory Meeting @ lunch for all students going on the trip (except seniors)

Sunday, June 7th - Disneyland Trip!
