  • Students should pack additional healthy snacks for the trip.

    • Spectator Parking: All spectators will park in the arena parking garage. Parking is $20. Additional spectator parking may be available on the surrounding surface streets.

    • Tickets: Use the link above for ordering and ticket prices & info. There is savings for advance purchase.

    • Arena Policies: Click Here (This is a ZERO BAG event. No purses, clutches, bags of any kind will be allowed.)

    • Championships T-Shirt & Hoodie PreOrder: Click Here (Save $5-$10). We are ordering patches for every member of the group. They can be purchased AFTER the event for $5.00 cash each.

    • Concessions: Available all day (The arena is a CASHLESS facility.)

    • Spectator entrance opens at 10:30am.

    • All seats are General Admission and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is the spectator’s responsibility to ensure they are seated at least 15 minutes before a scheduled performance.

    • All spectators must remain seated during a performance. Do not enter or exit the seating area during a performance.

    • All performers returning to the arena must show a wristband to gain entry.

    • Only performers and directors/staff are allowed on the floor after the retreat ceremony is over.

    • Anyone with a spectator wristband will NOT be allowed on the floor after the retreat ceremony is over.

    • Video/audio recording or live streaming is strictly prohibited.

    • Cameras with interchangeable/detachable lenses and external flash (professional photography equipment) are prohibited. No lenses over 3” in length. No tripods or monopods, or selfie sticks. NCPA and the arena reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event.

    • The use of flash photography is strictly prohibited. Sales and/or public display of any photos from NCPA events are strictly prohibited.

    • Still photography (without a flash) is welcome.

    • NCPA has hired a media team to record all performances and photograph all groups during their performance.

    • We will load the truck on Friday during 6th period.

    • No energy drinks/high sugar coffee drinks/soda should be consumed prior to the performance.

    • Uniform and Equipment

    • Healthy snacks for the bus rides.

Itinerary - Saturday, April 11, 2026

1:15pm Arrive at BHS with everything you need for the show. Be sure to eat a good lunch before arrival.
1:45pm Depart for Stockton Arena
3:15pm Rest stop, if necessary (Enoch Christopherson Northbound)
3:30pm Depart for Stockton
4:30pm Arrive at Stockton Arena. Dinner (provided).
5:20pm Mr. Power will lead you inside to watch a few groups for flow/acoustics purposes
5:39pm Watch Laguna Creek HS Winter Percussion
5:49pm Watch Liberty Union Winter Percussion
5:59pm Head back to the truck lot asap.
6:11pm Truck arrives. Unload and change quickly!
6:55pm Begin moving equipment from the truck to the warmup zone
7:11pm Warmup begins (Must warm up in zone ‘B’)
7:40pm Full Ensemble
8:11pm Final run through (pit crew meets at this time)
8:21pm Leave for Tunnel
8:31pm Ready at Tunnel
8:41pm Buchanan Winter Percussion Performance
8:52pm Push gear back to the truck, load the truck - stay in uniform - load drumline equipment, before going back inside to line up for awards.
9:03pm Line up for full retreat, full uniform. Full retreat means that EVERYONE goes out for awards.
9:20pm Full Retreat Procession and Awards
9:50pm Awards conclude, picture together, then change and load the bus - no loitering - we are on a time crunch!
10:00pm Finish loading the truck. Important load for the trip to Dayton!
11:00pm Depart for Clovis - Pass out a light snack for the bus ride home. No stop, please use the restroom before departure!
1:15am Arrive at BHS (Possibly later if awards run late). We will communicate if it does!
