Location: Veteran’s Memorial Stadium @ Buchanan
Student Report Time: 3:00pm (for pictures)
Open Rehearsal Begins: ~6:15pm
Performances: 8:00pm to 8:30pm
Admission: Free
Spectator Parking: Located in the stadium lots (free)
Concessions: None available
Important Reminders
Attendance is mandatory.
Dinner is provided.
An open rehearsal (all are welcome) begins around 6:15pm (after we’ve finished our group photo).
First full performances of the show start at 8:00pm
Parents: Please make sure arrangements for transportation to and from rehearsal have been made for your student in the event you cannot make it to Family Night.
This is a free event! Anyone is welcome to attend. Come out and enjoy the first performances of our marching band show!

3:00pm Students report to Buchanan Bandroom. Get into uniform.
PLEASE NOTE: If the Colorguard uniforms have not arrived by Saturday, we will add an additional photo day to take the guard photos and the marching band group photo.
Wind & Percussion individual, small group, and sectional photos will be taken regardless.
3:15pm Individual and Small Group Photos Begin in the Choir Room
3:30pm Section Photos Begin.
Line up with your section in height order (short to tall) with NO instruments 5 MINUTES before your scheduled time.
Individual & Small Group photos may be taken when you are not taking your section photo. If you take the photo, someone IN the photo must BUY the photo.

5:15pm Parent/Chaperone Competition Front Ensemble/Pit Equipment Meeting. (Anyone who plans to chaperone a marching band or winter percussion event this year, or who will be available to help move pit equipment onto the field/floor, should attend this meeting.
5:30pm Full Band out to the stadium. Parents will help.

8:30pm Push everything back to Bandroom & Change. Parents…it will take us about 30 minutes to get everything back to the bandroom and get changed. Please pick your student up at the bandroom.
