Event Details

  • 5:45pm - Rhythm Section call time. Rhythm Section students may leave after recording (around 7:00pm).

  • 7:00pm - Horns call time. Non-soloists may leave after ensemble parts are complete (around 8:30pm).

  • 8:30pm - Soloists, lead trumpet, etc. overdubbing.

  • 9:00pm - Dismissed.


Parking

Daily passes for Clovis Community College are $1. They should be purchased in advance here. There may be free parking along International Ave. and in the parking lot for the Concert Hall across the street at Clovis North. Park at your own risk - don’t get a ticket!

Performer Attire

Equipment List

  • All students are responsible for all instruments, mutes, and music that they need to perform. For shared equipment, do not assume the student you share with is taking the equipment. Anything that you bring to the Concert Hall, you must bring back to BHS on Friday morning.

  • All brass mutes: Rain

  • Double Bass, cable, rock stop - Sal

  • Cymbals, extra stands, mallets, sticks, brushes - Tahina

  • Vibe Mallets - Bailey

  • Vibraphone, Scores, Folders, 2 cables - Mr. Fredrickson

Important Reminders

  • Do not forget to bring your instrument, sheet music, and all necessary accessories home after school.
