Concert & Rehearsal Location: Paul Shaghoian Concert Hall (on the campus of Clovis North). Map below.
Student Transportation: No transportation is provided.

Lobby Opens/Silent Auction Starts: 6:00pm
Concert Hall Doors Opens: 6:10pm
Concert Starts: 6:30pm
Concert Length w/Dessert Auction: 2 hrs, 45 min.
Tickets: $5 to $25. All seating is reserved.
Important Reminders
Video & Audio Recording is prohibited. Out of respect for fellow audience members and spectators and to protect the rights of the original composers and copyright owners who license their music to the Buchanan Instrumental Music Program and organizations that host events we participate in, the use of audio and video recording technology - including mobile devices and live streaming applications - during and rehearsal or performance setting is strictly prohibited.
Students need to transport their own/school instruments to and from the concert. If you need assistance transporting your instrument, let us know.

Students are required to stay for the entire concert.

Extra Rehearsals & Desserts
Bring your dessert to BHS before school starts Friday OR bring it directly to the Concert Hall on Saturday morning.
String Orchestra: During class/1st Period Thursday, December 11th @ the Concert Hall. Transportation Provided.
Symphony Orchestra: During class/3rd Period Thursday, December 11th @ the Concert Hall. Transportation Provided. You will be excused from missed classes.
Wind Symphony: During class/2nd Period Friday, December 12th @ the Concert Hall. Meet at the Concert Hall. Transportation provided back to BHS.
Symphonic Band: During class/2nd Period Friday, December 12th @ the Concert Hall. Transportation Provided.
Case Storage
String Orchestra: NORTH carpeted hallway.
Symphonic Band: SOUTH carpeted hallway.
Chamber Orchestra & Wind Symphony: Back instrument storage area.
Concert Schedule
6:00pm Lobby Doors open. Bidding begins.
6:10pm Student Report Time. Doors to the Concert Hall open
6:30pm Concert Begins
String Orchestra Photo & Performance. Be on stage at 6:25pm.
Percussion Ensemble Performance
Wind Symphony Photo & Performance (Have instruments and music with you when the concert begins.)
7:30pm Intermission
Symphonic Band: Get your instruments and set up on stage at intermission.
Symphony Orchestra: Have your instrument and music with you in your seat when the second half of the concert begins. Cellos/Basses can be stored off stage left like normal.
8:00pm Concert Continues

Colorguard Schedule - Ushers & Helpers
6:00pm First shift of colorguard members report to the concert hall. Check in with Delilah & Mr. Lack
6:05pm Take positions for ticket scanning and ushering
6:10pm Open the doors to the Concert Hall and Scan tickets.
6:30pm Concert begins.
7:45pm Second shift of colorguard members report to the concert hall. Check in with Delilah & Mr. Lack.
First shift of colorguard members are dismissed when their spots are relieved by the second shift member.
8:00pm Concert Resumes
9:15pm Concert Ends, Cleaning Begins
9:30pm Second shift of colorguard members are dismissed after helping clear the hall
