Concert Location: Paul Shaghoian Concert Hall (on the campus of Clovis North). Map below.
Student Transportation: Transportation provided TO the concert hall for ASI Students. NO transportation provided back to Buchanan.
Dinner: Provided.
Doors Open: 6:00pm
Admission: Free.
Important Reminders
Out of respect for fellow audience members and spectators as well as copyright laws, please do not video record Buchanan/Alta Sierra Instrumental Music Performances. Videos of the recital will be posted on the website. Thank you for your cooperation.
Students will stay after school for dress rehearsal on the stage at Clovis North. Bring everything you need to perform to school!
Admission is free - Please invite your family and friends!
Students are required to stay for the entire recital.
Packing List
Hair and Makeup Supplies. Neat bun for all students - braids/twists into the bun are allowed. Optional/Natural Makeup
Nude Undergarments for Uniforms. Spandex/Leggings/Shirts - whatever was specified for your groups!
ASI Itinerary
1:00pm Meet at the ASI bandroom & head to bus
1:15pm Depart for Clovis North
1:30pm Arrive at Concert Hall. Change into uniform & get ready
2:15pm Dress Rehearsal Begins
4:30pm Dinner Begins - eat when you are finished with your dances!
5:45pm Dress Rehearsal Ends. Team meeting on stage
6:00pm Doors Open
6:15pm Program Begins
7:00pm Program Ends (Approximately)
Students are dismissed as soon as they have returned their uniforms to their high school helper and picked up their area in the dressing room
BHS Itinerary
1:19pm Return to BHS bandroom to work on group dances & get ready
3:18pm Head to concert hall for dress rehearsal
4:30pm Dinner Begins - eat when you are finished with your dances!
5:45pm Dress Rehearsal Ends/Team meeting on stage
6:00pm Doors Open
6:15pm Program Begins
7:00pm Program Ends (Approximately)
Students are dismissed as soon as they have returned their uniforms to their staff member and picked up their area in the dressing room
