Spectator Parking: Located in the stadium lots (free)

Important Reminders
Attendance is mandatory.
Lunch is provided.
Family night begins at 5:00pm. Please bring dinner for your student and your family to the Veteran’s Memorial Stadium at 5:00pm.
Parents: Please make sure arrangements for both dinner and transportation to and from rehearsal have been made for your student in the event you cannot make it to Family Night.
The cost is free. Anyone is welcome to attend. Come out and enjoy the first performances of our marching band show!

Itinerary
8:45am Report to Buchanan. Brass bring the uniform racks and box props/mics out to the blacktop. Front ensemble/Woodwinds push to the stadium (pit will rehearse separately, just outside the stadium for the first block.) Battery outside stadium. Guard on Field B1
9:00am Rehearsal Begins
11:30am Percussion Lunch @ Stadium
12:00pm Hornline & Guard Lunch @ Stadium.
12:30pm Percussion Ensemble in Stadium
1:00pm Hornline & Guard Warm Up (Outside Stadium)
1:30pm Full Ensemble in stadium (Everyone)
5:00pm Rehearsal Ends/Families bring dinner for students in the stands (Dinner NOT provided)
5:45pm Change into uniform
6:00pm MB Group Photo
6:15pm Competition Front Ensemble Parent Helpers/Pushers Meeting down on the track.
6:45pm Brief Ensemble Rehearsal
7:30pm Run-through #1
7:45pm Run-through #2
8:00pm Push everything back to Bandroom
8:30pm Dismissed
