Student Transportation: Provided to and from the event via school bus.
Meals Needed: Pack a sack lunch
Important Reminders
Attire: Red Instrumental Music t-shirt and nice shorts (Black, blue, white, or tan are preferred)
We will not take cases on the buses. Be cautious!
Bring lots of water and sunscreen. It will be hot!
Bring sunglasses and hats. All hats must be in dress code (solid red, white, or blue, or BHS area school hats ONLY)

8:00am Report to the Bandroom
8:15am Walk to ASI
8:25am Perform fight song for ASI
8:35am Load Buses
- Bus 1: Percussion, Bus 2: Colorguard & Tubas, Bus 3: Brass (Not Tubas) & Low Saxes, Bus 4: Upper WWs & Altos
8:50pm Woods: On the football field
9:15pm Century: Amphitheater
9:40pm Dry Creek: North Baseball Field
10:25pm Tarpey: On the field south of the blacktop
10:55pm Cole: On blacktop facing the grass
11:25pm Garfield: Amphitheater
11:30pm Walk Back to BHS
