Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the trip on a Sunday?

Sundays tend to be less busy than other days during the week giving our students a better experience. It also allows for adult chaperones to miss less work, needing to only take Monday off after the trip.

Is the trip fee refundable if my student doesn’t go on the trip?

The trip is fully refundable up to the trip form/deposit due date. After that, the cost of the ticket and dining card will be subtracted from the available refund. No refunds after the trip payment balance due date.

What happens if trip payments are not submitted by the due date?

The trip will be canceled. The program does not have the ability to cover travel experiences that are not fully funded.

We might be able to make an additional donation. Would that be helpful?

Extremely helpful! We want to make our travel experiences available to all students. In cases of financial need, we count on the generous additional donations of others to make the trip a reality for all students.

What if the trip is canceled?

All money paid by the student/family towards the trip will be refunded or applied towards future trips. 

Is park-hopping allowed?

No. For supervision and safety, all students will remain inside Disneyland Park for the duration of our itinerary.
